We switched from another maid service that we'd been with for a long time, but service had declined so badly, I was desperate to find a replacement. After talking to the owner of Maid 2 Please and explaining my expectations, we felt confident hiring them. After using them for twice monthly cleanings for the last couple months, we're so happy we switched. The team assigned to us is experienced, professional, friendly, and does an amazing job every time. The owner is responsive and easy to contact for adding services or changing times. Up until this last crew I've been very happy with Maid 2 Please. With that said, I'm still giving the business a 5 star. Whenever there has been a problem in the past either Denise or Samantha handled it immediately and to my satisfaction. I appreciate the email reminders and communication is excellent. This service was great. They came when they said they would and the work took as long as they thought it would and they charged me what they said they would, which was very reasonable. I was very satisfied with how clean everything was!

Great service from Maid 2 Please! Reasonable cost for a good, thorough cleaning. They arrive on time, I get a reminder text the day before confirming the time they arrive and they show up and clean quickly and efficiently.
