I had an excellent experience with Eastside Carpets and Floors. Taylor was out to give me a bid the day after I called. She was very helpful in helping me choose the best quality value and color. It was a little challenging since I was out of town during this part of the project. Steve was extremely patient and understanding with scheduling (due to some construction issues I had to re-schedule twice). The installers, Cruz and Armando were prompt fast and efficient. They kept me informed as to the progress and discussed any issues with me. They were quiet, respectful and left their workspace very clean. Im very pleased the carpet and installation. We were very pleased with our experience working with Eastside Carpets and Floors! Taylor was quick to come out and share samples with us and help advise us. We were provided with many options along with the pros and cons of each. The crew we worked with was so friendly, super knowledgeable and also flexible to get us scheduled based on our needs. End to end the whole process was efficiently complete! We are so happy with our new floors and would highly recommend working with this group!

We have used Eastside Carpets & Floors on 2 projects since 2017. They have been wonderful to work with on each engagement. They helped us track down and match hard to find products and gave us several options and color swatches. The scheduling, install, and process went smooth and we LOVE our new flooring! I used Eastside Carpets & Floors to install LVP flooring throughout my condo just over a year ago and couldn't be happier. Taylor went above and beyond during the whole process and even ensured that installers were scheduled who would remove and reinstall my trim throughout which was important to me. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and I'd highly recommend Taylor and Eastside Carpets & Floors.

We asked Eastside to come and help take care of replacing the old carpet in our office building, to a more modern carpet tile. Eastside had great suggestions on what would look best, and also which products would have the most value for our budget. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work, quality of product, and competitive pricing. Without question would hire them again!
