I had an appointment that I was trying to reschedule and Lisa told me that I couldnt do that and if I did Id have to pay. I explained that I am a full time student and that I cant pay for a visit that I cannot go to and explained that I had clinicals that I was informed of last minute and that had been trying to get in touch with the office for the past 3 days and that I needed to reschedule or come in after 4 and I was met with combativeness. This was just for a simple teeth cleaning and I find it hard to believe that my appointment could not be moved to a different day. Dr Kuo is amazing but his staff is not. I have had bad experiences with one of their dental hygienist who did a half way job on my cleaning and left lots of residue in my mouth and they seem to be more money driven then actually caring for there clients. I also moved from Bellevue further down south and have stayed loyal to Dr. Kuo by driving all the way out of my way to see him cause its hard to find good dentists but due to his staff and the horrible customer service I received today and money hungry ways of his office I will be finding a new dentist. The office has done nothing to right their wrong. I DO NOT recommend coming to this dentist office at all.
