Overlake Dentistry: Antonio Chen

Dont listen to the other five star reviews, because I was fooled by them as well. This is the most unprofessional dentist clinic Ive ever been to. I went in for a teeth cleaning and the front desk person barely spoke English. I havent seen a company still use Windows 95 monitor for decades. The screen was so tiny that I could barely even see my own x-rays. Then during my cleaning there was a loud conversation in Cantonese that went on for 30 minutes. And then after I waited 6 months with my next cleaning scheduled, they had called and unilaterally cancelled without even explaining anything to me. Never go here. Ive now found a much better dentist with an functional front office and professionalism.

I never thought I would be writing a good review about a dentist. This place is amazing, the staff is very professional and friendly. Dr Chan is just AMAZING, you can trust that hell do whatever it takes to make you feel better, plus hes very friendly and approachable. Any problem I have had with teeth or billing is always resolved quickly and painlessly. I would highly recommend using Overlake Dental, and I frequently recommend them to friends and family as well. I have had fillings, regular cleanings, some emergency work and even a fitted sports mouthguard.
