Became a patient after NW family dental acquired dr Ostlers practice. Awful customer service practices, including predatory billing behavior. Had to miss an appointment as I was sick, got no sympathy and the receptionist was quickly to charge a penalty fee. Overall installations and equipment feel dated. Need to find a new practice.

As someone with extreme dental work anxiety I loved this office.

On my first visit a few cavities were found, but when I went to get them filled the had been recorded in the wrong locations which inspires little confidence. It felt like I was constantly being sold something throughout the appointment (orthodontics, whitening treatments, etc.) And the overall atmosphere was just... Off. Personally would not recommend.
Edit: I'm getting the work that was done on my cavities checked my another dentist, been having some issues flossing and with pressure. *Definitely* do not recommend.
