        Updated review on 01/17/2024 Unhelpful front desk staff They claimed my insurance wasnt working. Nothing changed with it and I let them know that I can sort it out later but they said I need to pay for the full amount before providing the service. Its just a regular dental cleaning appointment, no special procedures either. I am disappointed that they insisted that I pay upfront. Ive been a patient for ~22 years but that didnt matter. What are they afraid of? That I would run away without paying for the service??!! Time to change the provider.My family and I have been Dr. MacInnes clients/patients for 20 years. Were very happy with their service and care.
