The PLM team is amazing. They make the pick up process seamless so that you are in and out within a couple of minutes, leaving with fresh, flavorful, and healthy meals for the week. The pricing is reasonable per dish and the meals offer a healthy option for people who love good, healthy, homecooked food but who don't always have the time to do the cooking. I am a local high school teacher and while I would love to meal prep each week and cook each night, that doesn't always happen. PLM ensures that on especially busy weeks, I have a balanced meal packed with protein. Their Breakfast Burrito is one of my all-time favorite meals and I have even ordered scones and cookies for my students who also love PLM. What a wonderful resource here on the Eastside!

I've been ordering food for a couple months now and I am so satisfied with all the meals! The portion sizes are big, sometimes large enough to split into two meals. Reheating is easy. Food options change every month or so. I really like how they use only real ingredients, not fake substitutes. For example: for bacon they use tofu or for meat sauce they use lentils, not Beyond or Impossible or anything like that. I very much appreciate the ingredients used and how they're listed with macros on the site and on the containers. There's always protein in the meals which is amazing! Sometimes vegan meals are so carby but Plant Life does a great job of balancing everything in their meals. And the containers they use are compostable! I'm blown away by the deliciousness of these meals and highly recommend them! I'm a grad student who's also a teacher so it's nice to have high quality vegan meals already prepped!
