        Great customer service with a clean and spacious store! While the other local bike shops in Redmond have also been positive, this location feels like it goes the extra mile to keep customers coming back.

        I came into the store a couple months ago as a friend gave me his bike to start riding. I was looking for a different way to stay in shape. My friends bike had a flat and I needed to get it fixed. The store manager generously, and quickly changed the flat, chatted me up on riding, and was generally super friendly. He comped me on the labor as well. I thought, if I like this sport I will buy my first new bike in 45+ years from here - I am ancient:). Well, I did just that. 2 months later after the initial service, I am down 17 pounds, riding 20+ miles 5 times a week. All started with a generous store manager. . . .
