        Unfriendly + untrained staff member = poor customer experience. Not the usual Chase Bank experience. Probably should have gone to Bellevue instead? What's the point of having a branch that is supposed to support the brand but doesn't live up to its standards?

        Quick and friendly customer service. They even got a new atm machine inside that let's you pick your bill type and has a much higher withdrawl limit. I needed to pull out cash for rent and I was able to do it all from the machine. I didn't even have to wait in line, talk to a teller or fill out a withdrawal receipt. It was great! I was able to pop in and out in less that 5 minutes! Amazing for a banking!

        Staff is friendly, though not very knowledgeable or helpful with problems or concerns. Also, they almost never answer their phone despite not being very busy most days.
