Highly recommend! They did amazing work on my car, and were able to recognize the main problem in my car, fix and replace what was needed to be done and were super professional and kind. They were also super patient and customer oriented, showing how much they care about the customers and truly want to help. Cory, and ofc, rest of the team, were really supportive during this process, since in my case this was something that dealership I got my car from missed fixing before selling it to me.That part of the story has been resolved as well, no worries about that too. I Had the best experience you could possibly expect, unfortunately the car did not make it but it was ready to go. Corey at procar nw provided the best and quickest service with great advice! I would recommend to anyone looking for a new shop!

TL;DR Go here if you think any mechanic whether at a chain or locally is not telling the entire truth. Procar Northwest's team will ensure quality care. Trustworthy mechanics. Haven't seen those two words together for a long time in my life. However, I would describe this place as such. The staff is professional and excellent at their job. Hard to find that combination nowadays where experts are also able to explain to the layman what is wrong and demonstrate what needs to be done to fix it.
