        The change you made to online banking payments is terrible. Instead of seeing all payees and recent payments nicely listed out, I have to go back and scroll/search for everything one by one. The real problem though is that payments which used to be delivered in a day (two max) are now seeming to hang out in la-la land and not be received by the payee.

        This bank sucks I received a cashier's check that was drawn on this bank and they would not cash it. Kind of defeats the purpose of a cashier's check. Not only that the teller was kind of rude.
