I have had the most terrible living experience at bell overlake. The apartment architecture is the worst. Ours had a huge exhaust pipe in both the living room and the bedroom (attached photos). This was conveniently not mentioned before we signed the lease and the model apartment that was shown did not have it. We were told that the apartment we lease would be the exact replica, which it wasnt. Even if you ignore the beauty aspects of the apartment, we faced multiple issues living here. 1. Raised 10+ maintenance requests from blocked kitchen sinks, balcony door sealing issues and garbage disposal startup problems. 90% of the issues are recurrent due to improper temporary fixes given by management. 2. The walls are not heat resistant at all. It gets incredibly hot in summer and reaches as high as 86 degrees. It is impossible to stay in without an AC. However, none of the bedrooms have an AC vent. So you have no choice but to put up with the heat. 3.Neglected and blocked trash chutes for more than three days which sometimes even become a breeding ground for mosquitos (!). 4.Inaccessible doors from the parking garage because of frequent fob/lock issues. 5. Frequent out-of-order lifts 6. Missing/stolen packages from the mailroom and managements irresponsibility towards it. 7.There is no carpet even in the bedroom. So if you have noisy neighbors like we did, get ready to be startled awake at night from loud noises like stomping and falling objects from above. 8. Too many false fire alarms and thrice after midnight! Now imagine standing out till the alarm gets cleared in freezing weather of -10 degrees for NOTHING. Management might not be responsible for this but did nothing to possibly reduce them. One time it was a fire sprinkler burst (to add to the list of broken things in the apartment) that caused the alarm twice on the same night! 10. As part of our move out, we were asked to pay for the professional cleaning (250$) out of our security deposit. These charges were never mentioned at the time of moving in and also not in the lease document. Overall not a good community and bad management. If i have to mention some pros: - The maintenance team is responsive even on holidays if you have an emergency. - Good deal in rent for a 2b2b apartment (Although the second bedroom size is too small and maybe better for a study/office)

Bell Overlake provided facilities and services are top-notch, ensuring comfort and convenience. A highlight is the outstanding people working here, particularly from Trevor. His quick and effective handling of questions or problems is remarkable. Trevor's commitment and professionalism greatly contribute to Bell Partners, enhancing the residential experience. The apartment's modern design and finishes cater to a contemporary taste. Community spaces are well-kept. Its location is a bonus, granting easy access to both Bellevue and Redmond (+ Microsoft). The cost reflects the quality and amenities, but it's wise for future residents to consider their budget. My stay at Bell Overlake has been unforgettable.

To live here, you have to pray that no unexpected accidents happen, which is impossible. You have to be prepared for fire alarms in the middle of the night, pipe bursts, water leaks from upper levels, and the worst thing is that the management office knows nothing about how to handle these situations. I experienced a water leakage from the upper level on a Sunday morning, and then the nightmare began. My apartment was flooded, and every time I asked the management office about inspections or maintenance, they said, "We dont know." I asked them if they could send me updates, and they promised they would, but it never happened. I had to visit the office in person, call them, and email them multiple times, initially with politeness and patience, but still, there was no communication. Then, one day, I returned home to find three huge and loud dehumidifiers in my apartment, several holes in the wall, and my belongings in the laundry room thrown out. I had to contact my insurance to find a hotel for temporary accommodation. Again, no one informed me of when I could return home. After another round of emails, I finally learned that it was safe to return to my apartment. However, even after more than a week, they still havent repaired my lights, which got soaked. Its clear that no one here cares about the residents' well-being or safety.

Very happy with the apartment, community and ambience. I moved in last week and really enjoying my stay here. Smooth move-in formalities, quick responses to all the queries, very professional and approachable leasing team. Thank you. Posted 1228 - it has been 4 months I am living here and its amazing! Great location due to proximity to Fred Meyer , Indian market, Marshalls and other essentials. Very nice community management team. Quick maintenance support. Thanks Bell Overlake team. Update 01/28 - We are happily living at Bell Overlake since past one and a half year. Around 10 days back there was a pipe burst on a higher floor. This caused a water leakage issue in some of the apartments. Highly appreciate the way management handled this difficult situation by quickly giving an option to the residents to move to another apartment at no additional cost. Since I was alone at that time, I requested Management for the help for bulky furniture movement. Many thanks to Trevor and his colleague to extend a helping hand while shifting. This difficult situation is being handled in a great way by giving residents enough options. Also, the management already refunded a part of my previous apartment rent. Living at Bell Overlake is a great experience. The apartments are beautifully designed with attention to the minimum detail. The common areas are great. The gym is fantastic. Very comfortable common workspace with lot of options. Great location! Amazing management, welcoming leasing staff and very good service. Highly recommended!
