Ive visited plenty of vets acres several moves over the the years, but this is one of the best experiences Ive had. Took my old boy in for a routine visit, and requested new meds for him. Up front and reasonable pricing, they are very friendly and dont try to talk you into pricey services you dont need. Highly recommend this vet for caring and quality care.

I have been bring my animals to River Road Animal Hospital for over 25 years. My animals have ALWAYS been treated with compassion and care. I have never thought about using another veterinary and I never will.

We had a horrible experience putting our 12-year old pup down. It was time - his health was failing. Whatever sedative they gave him had the opposite effect and he reacted badly to it. No one came in to check on us and we were left trying to calm him down on our own. What should have been a peaceful time to bond and say goodbye was totally traumatic for our dog and for us. Unfortunately, it will be a lingering bad memory for us and I will never forget it. Do not trust your pets care to this veterinary service. We will definitely be transferring care to another clinic for the rest of our pets.
