        Had an appt. People waiting ahead of me with appointments for 1.5 hours to 2 hours. So we left. I tried to tell the front desk employee to just give people a heads up on the phone that just because you have an appt doesn't mean you will not have to wait for over an hour to be seen. But she dismissed it stating there's no way to know. If people are waiting for 1.5 to 2 hours before me then obviously I will have to wait that long too so you do know. Just a little common curiosity would have been great before I drove 30 minutes to get here.
