        The expertise and service were great! However, after using H&R Block for 43 years, the cost has become too expensive (for me, nearly $500). My husband's CPA is cheaper.

        Called to cancel an appointment we had made due to coming down with covid and the lady I talked to was EXTREMELY rude, she told me that I was wasting peoples time by taking up an appointment slot to just cancel it. Never have I ever received such unprofessional customer service. If I had the energy to write a paragraph I would but long story short i will never go to H&R Block again. I was being courteous by calling A DAY in advance to cancel and I get treated like that. Pathetic and no excuse. I will GLADLY take my taxes elsewhere. Also not the first time I have had issues with unprofessional staff at H&R Block.
