        I have rarely felt so taken advantage of by a company. The ability to listen to your customers, especially in the tax field, is paramount. I feel like the supposed professionals I spoke with did not listen to me, did not care about my situation, and refused to take responsibility (even a little bit) for their mistakes. Angela Hunt does not return phone calls. Alex can't relay simple messages. Supervisor Kathy leaves is incapable of speaking without condescension I communicated respectfully and clearly in all cases- asked for them to take a minimum of responsibility. It is a shame my hand was forced into writing this review. Humanity sucks, this branch of H&R Block only reinforces that.
