        The front desk lady was so friendly and helpful!! I appreciate a smiling face when exhausted from moving. We had few hiccups but she worked to resolve them while we unloaded our vehicle and even called us to confirm things were resolved

        Erica was phenomenal. Couldn't find my unit, and she took the time to WALK around to where I was and show me where my unit was. Unfortunately, it was too small, so I had to get a larger unit, last minute, and she was on it! Zip! Bam! Boom! Switch was done in a matter of minutes! Did I say she was PHENOMENAL!!!???
