Initially I reached out to the mole man I contacted the mole man via email because I had moles in my yard I contacted them at the beginning of July I was very aware of the $125 start up fee rather a Mole was caught or not a fee I was willing to pay. As business owner myself i would never not pay another business down right wrong. He came out very professional setup traps gave me information and directions on how to do my lawn care around the traps very professional very nice. At the end of July my 19 year old son was murdered (Not their problem as a business and should not be a excuse not to pay my bill). I was contacted but a older woman im assuming the wife in Oct sometime. I apologized I hadn't made the $125 payment and explained to her my family tragedy, but asked what is the easiest fastest way to make this payment as I'm still grieving and did not want to forget again (since I've been forgetting alot lately) She was very rude unprofessional has no respect or showed any compassion. After asking her the best way to pay instead of her giving me the options to pay, she started saying how she would send this to collections and it would go on my credit report if it wasn't paid ASAP as it's ridiculous it's months later and I haven't paid it. At that point all respect was out the window. So my 1st question to her did I sign a contract? No I didn't! 2nd question do you have my social security number? No you don't! 3rd question so what collection agency do you work with? Then I told her don't insult my intelligence no collection agency will come after me and you dont even have a contract but still willing to pay my bill but never to talk to her again. I will never use this business or refer anyone to them because of her. I have also tried to reach out 2 times after hoping I would reach someone else to share my horrible experience with her and again pay my bill. She emailed me back herself very rude stating I didn't not need to pay the start up fee and never to contact them for services. which I didn't plan on it.. What I don't like is she didn't come out and set up the traps so the person who did deserves to be paid for his services period! As he was a very nice man. As a local business owner myself we offer services we deserve to be paid NO Expectations. I'm not the typed of person to leave and bad review towards local businesses because I know our name is everything but she has left me no choice. Dear RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL NO COMMPASSION having lady I hope you can be more respectful understanding and show a little more compassion towards people. Service: Rodents
