Kimberly was awesome. We did a cross country move so we werent exactly able to be around. So if something needed to be fixed she got it done. Whether changing batteries in a smoke alarm. Waiting for the dishwasher repairman and hanging out with him. Or cleaning and cleaning again just before a showing.

This is the second time we used Kimberly to sell our home and both experiences were fantastic. She is always very professional and efficient, keeping us fully informed at every step. My husband and I followed her staging recommendations which no doubt helped to sell our homes soon after putting them on the market. We highly recommend Kimberly whether buying or selling.

Kimberly Gibson was an absolute God send for our house buying process. I truly believe that she is the hardest working, most honest, educated realtor in the PNW. Kimberly Gibson is the most professional, one of kind, compassionate and not to forget to mention a ball of fire realtor out there. She is willing to make sure you don't just get put into a house because that's all that's out there - no she will to go miles and miles by your side to get the house you have EARNED. She was patience, encouraging, diligence and dedicated through out the 19 months with 17 offers of my journey to purchasing a home. I didn't feel for once she was just willing to give up or was tired of the process of searching with me. Kimberly is the best real estate agent anyone could ask for. When we were looking for a home she didn't just put us in any house, she know exactly what were looking for and exceeded our expectations.
