        Worst people,worse care, worse wait time, worst communication skills, would not wish this place on anyone, worse than jail. I wasted 4hrs and 45 mins for a simple revised work note.

        I was bitten by a random dog and am not up to date on tetanus.....still waiting to be seen by a provider after 2.5 hrs. They say there are two Drs here today. And I can see there are six prompt care pt rooms. No way it takes 2 hrs to see 3 patients......

        Prim P Ky, PAC provided the worst treatment I've ever encountered. She was incredibly dismissive, rude, and condescending. I have never left a negative review in my life but this was warranted. Nurse practitioners and front desk were lovely and helpful.

        I went in last Saturday Morning. Front desk gentlemen was fast and friendly. I waited out in my car and was called to come in about 1/2 hour later. Was checked in by a nursing student, wish I remembered her name and the nurse she was working under. Both were very friendly and did a great job. Jordan A. Albano PAC came in to evaluate me. He is a fantastic asset to Franciscan and very friendly, compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you Jordan A. Albano PAC and his nurses!! I highly recommend them.
