        Very nice place .This place looks very well maintained speed limit is 10miles an hr im not sure if it is 55 and older .The park is hiden off of canyon rd.Im not sure how long the park has been established .it does look like it has been there a long time but once agin it is well maintained

        The MHP is nice enough, however, not so nice if there are problems on your site. When we bought the home we were assured it had a new roof. That was 2016. We are still waiting on the leaks to be fixed. The backyard has a leaking sewage problem which nothing is being done about . We have tried for over a month now and I have contacted the health department. I don't know if I'm being taken advantage of as a senior or because we are a lesbian couple? We are not the only residents complaining. Perhaps a management change is order.
