        Paul upgraded (supposidly) our insurance to a 200$ deductible which was why we went from paying $67/month to $147/month. Well after asking for new insurance cards to reflect this change & waiting a couple months with no response about it, I called him today & he told me my deductible was $500. I tried to explain things with him and asked why are we paying so much then? And instead of trying to help me get this figured out and corrected, in a rude tone told me to GO FIND SOMETHING BETTER THEN! So as of today we will be switching our insurance out. THIS MAN IS A CROOK! Wish I could add the phone call recording here.

We realize insurance isn’t something anyone is thrilled to talk about! At least we don’t have to clean teeth I guess! (No disrespect to all the dental peeps out there! You all are amazing but I wouldn’t want to do what you do!!)

      Melissa, I’m sorry for the misunderstanding. We have no record of you requesting $200 deductibles and State Farm doesn’t even offer $200 deductibles. We also don’t have pricing control at the agency level and can’t arbitrarily adjust prices.We would be happy to do a full review of your policy at any point. Call my office at any point and we can go over any insurance policies you may have. Auto, Home, Life, Health insurance plans. Even if they’re not in our office we’re glad to help!
