Elisabeth bar none did the best job deep cleaning our house out of everyone we've ever hired. She went above and beyond to make sure she thoroughly cleaned every nook and cranny, and she worked so hard for hours until everything (and I mean EVERYTHING--windows, oven, couches) was spotless! Not to mention she was so accommodating with our schedules and showed up for the appointment exactly on time, to the minute. So grateful for her and highly recommend!

Elisabeth did such an amazing job on my home move clean out. She showed up promptly, was so great with communication leading up to the day of and same with same day. My house looks so spectacular and I'm honestly in awe of how she did it all herself as is my husband. I could not recommend her more. I've had many cleaners in WA and she is by far the best thus far.

If you're not patient or don't care about quality results don't use this business. Elisabeth puts in work and is worth every dollar! I didn't take before pictures because I was so disgusted by the condition of my new home. But let me tell you... I was SO HAPPY when I walked after Elisabeth worked her magic. I could smell the clean before I could see it. Everything I was worried about was taken care of.  She went above and beyond and did some things I would have never thought of. She made the scary microwave look brand new! If you need a move in/out clean done right, reach out to Elisabeth!

I contacted Cleanest Clean for a quote for a move out clean for a townhouse I am listing in Olympia- her hourly was high for a single cleaner but I hoped the quality of her work would match the cost. We scheduled on a Monday, and I received a text late Sunday night that she couldn't make it because she wasn't able to find childcare. I'm a Mom and a busy attorney, and I totally understand that childcare can be a challenge. I had taken the day off on Monday because I live so far away, but again, it's understandable and I worked with her to make it work the following day. I arranged for my Mom to meet her instead on Tuesday. She arrived on time at noon and looked around the place, she was pleasant and told my Mom she thought it would take her about 3 hours. My mom ran errands in Olympia and came back a couple hours into the clean to see how everything was going. She found Elisabeth getting out of her car with a toddler and a couple of Starbucks frappuccinos. I didn't authorize a child to be in my home and as a homeowner, it's a liability that I didn't consent to. Not to mention, she left the house when she was supposed to be doing a job. I know for a fact that no one is as efficient watching a toddler. I'm a busy working mom with a toddler, which is why I needed to hire someone else to help me with this move out clean. Once I heard her child was there, I asked her to focus on the bathrooms and then be done. She told me that she had 3.5 hours in. When I was frustrated that she'd only gotten the bathrooms and trim done in 3.5 hours, she told me that I was expecting a miracle and that it was a big house. She was the one that gave me an estimate of 3 hours when she arrived. It's also 2000 square foot townhouse, not that big. I still paid her what she asked for, but I don't believe I was treated fairly. At the end of the day, I don't know how long she left for and I can't speak to her efficiency with a child, but I can tell you that I believe she was dishonest with me and that I wouldn't hire her again. I would also urge anyone that does hire her to ensure she doesn't have unauthorized people with her, that's a liability that clients shouldn't unknowingly take on.
