We use Pegasus Lifts to transport my paralyzed father to appointments and they are Incredible. From dispatch to drivers, everyone is kind and helpful. They are the best in the business.

Over the past two years I have relied on Pegasus Lifts to transport my mother to her multitude of Doctors appointments. They were exemplary in their service and flexibility. I recommend this company wholeheartedly. They made a very complex situation much easier. Thank you!

I recently used Pegasus Lifts for transportation to and from my Dr. office. I called them several days before the appointment and set up the pickup times both at my home and also the time to be picked up from my Dr. and return home. I was was called by Pegasus 2 days before my appointment to verify the date and time of my pick up. When the driver, Todd, arrived to pick me and my wife up, he couldn't have been more helpful, attentive, or courteous Todd made both me and my wife feel very comfortable in the transport van. He supplied a wheelchair to pick me up, I have a broken ankle, and delivered me to my Dr. office waiting there until I was completely checked in.After my appointment, another driver, Randy, picked us up to go home. I swear he was a carbon copy of Todd in the way he treated us. This experience was so positive and comfortable, I wish I could give the company and Tod and Randy 50 stars. Thank you Pegasus for your tender care. I will be using them again for upcoming Dr. appointments.
