Pla & Watts Endodontics

Biggest attitude from the receptionist when I called in for emergency dental care. Let them know i was on travel, currently on antibiotics but pain got significantly worse, unbearable and my dentist recommended me to go see an Endo specialist asap for an emergency root canal. The lady on the phone was saying that there is no one in right now or over the weekend, and even if they did, they wouldnt take me anyway. When i asked what should be my best course of action, was told idk, go call around or something. Maybe someone will take you & hung up.

i am so anxious when it comes to the dentist. i was referred to dr.watts for my root canal and he was the best! so funny, kind, and so detail oriented. he made me feel calm, safe, and valued. never once did i feel stupid for asking questions. he even called me the day after to check up on me. cant recommend him enough!

I am a total chicken when it comes to all things dentist-related, so you can imagine my fear when my trusted dentist in Buckley said I needed a root canal. He referred me to Dr. Pla and Dr. Watts, and they fit me in almost immediately! Dr. Pla and everyone I met in this practice went above and beyond to make this experience as pleasant and relaxing as possible and I can not say enough about it. I wish I could give 100 stars. Everyone is authentically friendly and genuine and goes above and beyond. THANK YOU for making this experience not only pleasant and painless, but actually enjoyable!!!

If you find yourself or your child in need of an emergency root canal. Honestly look no further! This is the place you should call because they will try their best to see you immediately. My sons jaw and infected tooth was giving him so much pain. I called around to other endodontist in puyallup with no urgency to see my son. The whole staff is incredibly kind and Dr. Clark called each night after two appointments to make sure my son was pain free and doing well. I even got text reminders about our second appointment and got the dates mixed up and their front desk was so gracious about it. Its clear they treat people with respect and care about their patients.

The Welcoming Doctor Pla and Staff placing me at ease from the start with the whole process! They always kept me informed with their work as they went step by step with the process. Was comfortable the whole time! "Gentle Care" procedure was the best! I will go back to them if ever needed again! Thank You all for the great work you did for my tooth! No pain during treatment, just a small headache for a little while after novacaine wore off! I went grocery shopping right after! I will recommend your office anytime! Hollie S.
