        dr panko was nice and the consultation was good, however they wont do surgery on someone who smokes and require you quit or they wont do it. wish i would have know that before i wasted time/money on an consultation. moscow has better options and doesnt discrimate against smokers like pullman regional hospital does. avoid these ppl and pullman regional at all costs...

        Took 3 months and 4 phone calls to tell me they aren't taking referrals from my city at this time and that they'll send a letter to my primary doctor to send my referral onwards. Spoke to a person each phone call and not one person told me this until now. 3 months I could have been getting treated elsewhere instead of continuing to get worse.

        Dr. Panko is one of the easiest surgeons to work with. She discusses the issues with the patient (options, advantages and disadvantages of each option) and has a true discussion rather than leaning toward dictation. Then the patient is an equal part of decisions made. I would recommend her to anyone.
