We had Alan build our new family home. He was incredibly patient and helpful for all the questions that we had. The home that he built for us was everything that we could have wanted! He was responsive, stayed on time, and provided great quality work! One of the things that I appreciated about Alan was his focus on staying on time for things - he had great understanding of what takes a long time to get in and he would have us go pick out things ahead of time to ensure that we stayed on time. In addition, when I had ideas about how I wanted things to be, he was always willing to talk about them and determine the best way to get what I wanted while staying within budget. Alan's expertise ensured that we stayed on budget and on time and that we have a wonderful home for our family! The builder, Alan Bobo, is very affable and responsive to the wants/needs/concerns of the buyer. Alan follows through on promises and commitments, and for a spec home, includes many features and finishes a buyer might not normally expect.
