Ordered my drink @ 10:49a Got it in the drive thru @ 11:15!!!!!!!! & it was made WRONG!!!!!!!! NEVER again will I be coming to this location!!!!!!!!!! Whata waste of $!!!!!!!!! & more importantly time!!!!!!!!!!

Mobile order pick for the drive thru, 1 item. Only to be told that I would have to park and wait for my order.. with a full parking lot. I get lucky and park, the place is a mess. I get my order called and its wrong. Hilariously wrong. Half the cup is caramel. If it didnt make me laugh I think I would have given 1 star.

Sitting in this place right with 3 other people in the restaurant and a slow drive through and it is taking upwards of 25 minutes to get a normal drink, explain.
