        Water hearter old and makes water copper color needs flushed. Old fixtures. Old cabinets. Old and dented fridge. No in unit laundry. Laundry rooms filthy, always not working. Grounds never upkept. Snow never shoveled. Watch your step for dog poop. Recently super muddy due to pipes breaking and grounds crew digging up island around cars. Can hear every noise in opposing apartments. Over priced. And convenience fees when paying rent. Constant email reminders for noise, speed, etc.

        One of the best properties that I have lived with, the manager is great, the location is close to the campus, and their services are approachable. I would advise people to try to live with this property.
