I am so thankful for Front Street Clinic! I have 2 children that needed therapy and medication management, we were able to get them tested which helped narrow down the right kind of medication and what specialized kind of therapy would help them the most. It amazed me how many different kinds of services they offer and since we have Tricare, it was all covered. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable which put me at ease with what could have been a very stressful experience. Thank you!

Ive been seen by Dr. Kielak since 2016 and have never had any bad experiences all my interactions with the front desk and my provider have always been positive experiences. They have helped me a lot and Im very thankful to all of them for helping me on my mental health journey.

After reading the report from front street my other (real) psychiatrist said they should be reported and should not be allowed by the state to practice. I don't want to deal with that so I'm just leaving this review. Going here is the worst thing you can do for your mental health. John Reynolds and Maria Naples are bad doctors. In addition, after listing all the (documented) examples of Dr. Reynolds malpractice, I was still told by the billing department that I would be sent to collections if I didn't pay because "he still performed the service." I don't know how someone would be able to deal with these scam artists fronting as a mental health clinic, even if they were mentally well. Please be kind to yourself and avoid them, and I wish you the best on your healing journey.

I am a current patient with Front Street Clinic. And as a patient I can honestly say it has been an absolute pleasure to work with this facility. My Dr. is Anna, and she is by far the most professional, courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable practitioner I have ever worked with. I trust her entirely to guide me towards my best self in so many important ways. Her pace during our meetings is perfect. She asks all the right questions and she remembers even the small things that I tell her, which is very important to me. If I have questions, she has concise and easy to understand responses that actually help me. If I have concerns, she offers relatable responses that help ease my fears and anxiety. As far as the administrative staff, I have had nothing but good experiences with every. single. person! Literally everyone in every dept of this facility has been nothing but kind, patient, efficient and knowledgeable about whatever reason it is that I am calling them about. Some special name drops for me are, Susan (handles medication questions/concerns and insurance requirements). Susan handles all of my medication and insurance questions in a timely manner. She is good about keeping me posted on updates and she gets the job done quickly. Amanda and Austin are always be so kind and patient with me even when I'm frazzled on the other end of the phone. Everyone is just a really good fit for me and they are exactly what I'm looking for when it comes to amazing customer service and client support. I highly recommend Front Street Clinic. Also, one more thing, when you read the negative reviews, please take into consideration a person's expectations as being reasonable. I read some of them and literally rolled my eyes so many times because they were that ridiculous! I chose this place AFTER reading the negative reviews and I am so glad I did! Give them a try, you have nothing to lose.

I had been trying for nearly a month to get Amanda, the intake person to call me back. I needed to change providers as my work schedule had changed and it was conflicting with the schedule for the provider I had been seeing. I only heard back once which was basically a call back voicemail. I was never able to reach Amanda nor did she ever call me back. The office manager was unavailable and unhelpful. They just dont care enough to make sure that their patients are ok. Ive never encountered such a dysfunctional clinic before and I work in healthcare! I get the chronic concerns with staffing shortages in every aspect of healthcare, but I get back to my people. If you are trying to schedule your first appointment with an intake person good luck. Amber is unavailable so is everyone else. Go somewhere else.
