Its a mixed bag here at Rayus. The front desk is pretty good overall; however, I had a CT scan scheduled, which required a full bladder. I arrived early to ensure I drank enough water. My appointment was scheduled for 2:55 pm. By 3:10 I felt like I might not be able to contain myself any longer and asked the front desk. She didnt realize the test required a full bladder, so she apologized and went to check with the techs. When she returned, she stated that they were pulling someone off the table to get me in. It took about another 10 minutes before they came to get me. They did offer to have me release a small amount if I could, which I gladly did. I was told afterwards that my doctor would have the results in 24 hours. I called three days later and was told it typically takes 5-7 days. Its now eight days later and still no test results. Professionalism in the back office is what is concerning here. The guests could be handled much more efficiently, especially for those with full bladders as required for testing purposes. It seems that people who were actually scheduled after me jumped the line somehow.

Good luck trying to find a time that will work with anyones schedule. Trying to get a diagnostic mammogram that isnt on a Tuesday or Wednesday morning and scheduled out multiple months is impossible. When I expressed my frustration, the scheduler hung up on me.
