I had an inspection done on my house prior to listing. I had sunset come out and take care of all the electrical issues you'd find in a 1980's house. They were quick, friendly and competitively priced. I'd recommend them for any electrical needs you may have.

James was an awesome electrician to work with. He was very professional, gave a detailed estimate, and helped us when PSE didn't put the power back on after his install was completed. He double checked his work and provided a peace of mind approach showing he is dedicated to quality customer service. We will be using his services for future projects and I strongly recommend.

I called Sunset Electric to help me trouble shoot / provide estimate on some lights that are not working. Two technicians showed up and tested some wires and recommended that either a new switch or a new transformer but they did not have any parts in their truck that are compatible. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes. ( nothing was fixed - no estimate was provided) Aprox 45 days later i get a call from their office demanding a $300 payment that I had never received, threatened to send me to collections. Probably the most impolite rude person i have dealt with in some time. I assumed they were providing me an estimate, please don't assume anything with this company they will want to get paid at a $600 per hour rate for fixing nothing.

I highly endorse this company. We used them for a small scope electrical project as part of a kitchen reno. After receiving a number of quotes, theirs was the most competitive. It turned out to be a great value for the cost. Can't say enough good about the people. The installation team was on time, professional, polite, courteous, confident, engaging, and efficient. A special shout out to Gavin Chohrach and James Gaines, their estimators, who were outstanding....old school work ethic, very professional, extremely responsive, and a pleasure to work with. A well run business with terrific people. Well done!
