Dr. Baasch was very helpful. Explained the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. The whole team worked to be efficient as well as welcoming. Recommend them completely!

I just had an implant with Dr. Baasch last week upon just moving to Port Ludlow after starting the process back in Virginia last year. I have to say that I didn't think I was going to like my new oral surgeon as much, because I had such a a good experience with my previous one in VA. However, I was wrong! I have to say that Dr. Baasch and the entire Kitsap OMS Poulsbo staff actually raised the bar that any other medical office will now have to try to live up to! From the preliminary appointment and on, the communications and care created a great Customer Experience, which is hard to do when none of us really like any dental procedures. From a number of introductory videos, so I felt like I knew Dr. Baasch before I even went there, to text reminders, top notch state-of-the-art 3D technology, full explanations of every step, questions fully answered and not rushed, the nurse in prep that day was very kind and informative, the follow-up instructions excellent with more videos to fully cover all subjects, a bag with an icepack+ on departure, etc., the communications and attention to detail were phenomenal! This included a call from Dr. Baasch himself the next day, just to see how I was doing, where I don't think I have ever gotten a call from a doctor themselves before. Sure, a nurse or other staff member might follow-up, but that and everything else, all just indicative of a very well run practice, which I would fully recommend to anyone looking for the best oral surgery office!
