My old company recently engaged with Sound Benefit Administration and all I can say is I wish they done it sooner. I have been working with Gina and she has been amazing. The philosophy at Sound Benefit Administration is one of customer service and that is very clear with each phone call I place to them for help. I have run into a bump or two with the old plan admin and SBA (Gina) has been so responsive, getting back to me with in minutes of leaving a message - and typically I get them live. When you are in a situation where you need to rely on folks to help navigate health and dental coverage in between jobs, I am so happy to these guys working quickly to answer my questions. Thank you! Working with SBA is such a pleasure! They are the TPA handling the HRA, HSA and COBRA administration for my company. Always very pleasant and helpful! Live personal help and REAL customer service! Thank you SBA for making my job easier! :)

After leaving one employer for another, on good terms I found out that you have 60 days to spend down your money that was contributed to FSA. SBA literally stole about $1000 that I contributed. Its their own policy and vaguely written into the annual agreement you sign. This place is crooked, no return phone call, visit their office in Poulsbo and 4 ladies just sitting their afraid of their own shadows. I am not sure how this is morally correct or how anyone can work at a place like this. Completely crooked and immoral creating a policy like that.
