Arendal is a great community! The clubhouse is great for entertaining large groups. Maintenance is quick to solve any issues. Managers are always willing to help and go the extra mile.

I recently toured an apartment at Arendal for my future move to the area. From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted by the community manager Amber. She was very professional, kind and very knowledgeable of the property. It was a beautiful property and the apartments are very clean.
