Staff was very very kind and they all seemed to work as a friendly team. I was taken seriously, immediately, and all my concerns were heard and evaluated. I really felt they were trying to find out what was going on. Nurses and doctor were personable and warm. Thank you for being there

Went there in extreme pain from migraine and compromised emotional stability from pain. Told them I felt like hurting myself just to make the pain stop but had no intent. Waiting for 4 hours in triage. They brought me a four ounce cup of water and turned off the fluorescent light when I buzzed but the 3rd buzz in four hours went unanswered. I left. Also was walked in on from another room by a professional who apologized and said she didnt know anyone was in there. From that same room maybe a break room? I could hear the medical professionals discuss their lifes and patients status for 4 hours while I was in pain. Sucked. This medical experience was really not okay, professional or attended to in a proper way.

I broke my hand and leg from a tree fall and decided to go to Port Town. ER. It took me a total of 45 min to get x-rayed, casted, and discharged. I've NEVER had great service and follow-up like that. Thanks for all you guys did !

I ended up in the er twice in one week and the staff was so amazing! Especially nurse Jen who cared for me both times. She exceeded my expectations. Dr. Churchley and Dr. Renee S. did amazing.
