We went up here for a romantic birthday for my husband and it was PERFECT. Great service, beautiful room, and fantastic location.
We stayed in a room with a clawfoot tub and a circular window room facing the water. 10/10.
Breakfast in the morning was delightful and meeting the other guests who were staying there was a great part of the whole retreat as well.
It's close enough to town that you can walk into town and stumble back - but it's far enough away to be quiet at night. AND THE TOWN IS SO LOVELY - good eats, live music, friendly people.
I can't recommend this place enough - book it before it now because it was completely booked up when we were there and is likely to be sold out before you know it so plan in advance :)
