Disney and Associates (Disney Homes) did a complete remodel and updating of our Kitchen, Family Room, Dining Room, Living Room, Entry Way and associated hallways. This included demolition and replacement of all flooring, cabinets and countertops and trimming out/refinishing all areas. The installation of a new fireplace and some minor framing out and drywall work was also involved. Their Team was prompt and professional at all times and they were a pleasure to work with!!! We were very involved in the process and they were always happy to accommodate our needs and help us find solutions for the various issues encountered along the way. Bob (the owner) personally kept abreast of the project and made sure that we were happy with the quality, workmanship and schedule. He made it clear that all work was to meet the highest standards and that he wanted us to be proud of and happy with the final results. The foreman (Spencer) was always available should the need arise and quickly responded to any needs along the way. Whenever we would call with a question or to request something he responded quickly and always exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed working with May on the estimating and financial aspects of the project, as she was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with the process. We couldn't be more pleased with the final results of our project!!! It turned out even better than promised and exceeded our every expectation. They used top quality materials and their workmanship and flexibility along the way was great. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Disney Team to anyone looking for the best in home remodeling!!! We used Disney & Associates for an extensive remodel of a house for my mother, including adding an additional bathroom, making everything handicap accessible, and building an extensive ramp. They were consistently responsive, on time, and on budget. Spencer (the project manager) was always available and cheerful when we needed a solution for the many challenges of dealing with a very old house, and his fixes worked beautifully every time. MayElla was super helpful and knowledgeable about finishes, fixtures, and other details, and the weekly Friday follow-up from Bob Disney himself was always a treat. They graciously came back several times to attend to some little things that only mattered to us which we appreciated tremendously. The home is SO livable and inviting now, and the fact that my mom loves it after reluctantly moving from a house she'd lived in for 55 years speaks volumes. I recommend Disney & Associates without reservation. Their integrity and customer service are as good as the quality of their work, and that's saying a whole lot. Extremely highly recommended!
