Sue is an amazing therapist and ally. She has taught me valuable skills that I use to work myself through challenging times. She challenges me when necessary, helping me to see blind spots. She is very encouraging and my work with her has elevated my overall sense of well-being. Everyone needs a Sue.

I took my 11yo to see Sue after we were rear ended. My kid started experiencing some extreme anxiety that would change targets. Insurance wouldn't cover mental health but we decided to try anything at this point. Sue was recommended by Chiropractic Lifestyle Center who we see regularly. Sue listened and asked great questions what my child experienced, feared & felt. She taught us the tapping therapy and sent us specific videos for kids. I cannot believe how powerful this technique was. I appreciate the life skill over medicine if possible. It's been almost a yr and he's almost overcome it, but we use the skill still in other areas too now. I even use it when I'm feeling overwhelmed.
