Lyn Bedford was my agent to purchase a home. She was experienced, knowledgeable about the area, the current market and very responsive no matter when I contacted her. Because I did not live on the Olympic Peninsula she suggested video tours when I was unable to arrive in time to view a property before it sold. It worked and I was able to make a timely offer. She is very organized and has written down helpful sources and timeline lists to guide her clients through the process from first steps through final closing. Even so, she has continued to assist me even after the sale closed.
