Tracey is very knowledgeable, and gentle about our physical bodies and the therapies we need to correct for better health. She is also an amazing paddleboard instructor and tour guide. I had the most amazing vacation, doing yoga, paddle boarding and having her tour and show us all the wonderful sights and sounds. She was meticulously ahead of us, prepping for the next adventure! I was in awe everyday. Thank-you so much Tracey, I will be back!

Tracey is a phenomenal yoga instructor! I take classes twice a week with her, and I cannot say enough positive things about her class. Tracey creates a nourishing and beautiful environment, where anyone can feel comfortable - no matter your yoga experience. She is very knowledgeable about each pose and the spiritual teachings behind the practice of yoga. I find myself getting excited for each class and thoroughly enjoying it as the highlight of my week. I would highly recommend Tracey's yoga classes to anyone looking to start their yoga journey or advance their skill.

I am retired and have been in Tracey's class, twice a week, for 6 months. Tracey kept an eye on me, even on zoom, to make sure I was doing things correctly. The sessions were different every time and Tracey makes them fun, and educational. I highly recommend her!

I have been attending Tracey's yoga classes for over one year now. I immediately started noticing how much better my body started feeling. Tracey's classes are always different, from week to week, even incorporating some elements of Qi Gong and Isometrics. I highly recommend Tracey's classes for those seeking a Hatha yoga class. Aurora Wellness has an awesome yoga studio in a very peaceful, rural setting.
