    Oh my word! Soooo much fun! I took one of the classes in the summer! I am NOT a Tony girl so I was thinking no way this is gonna happen! Lol! The teachers can help even the most novice newbie like myself make it happen. Definitely doing it again!

    Well, it started off amazing! Sent me some kayak parts up to Canada but package arrived empty. Ok, probably UPS's fault (?). And they were kind enough to say they would send me 1 fin for free. So then I also bought some more so I would have backup fins. At the end of the day, ZERO fins have been received by me. And I get it, COVID times, shipping mistakes happen, and who knows if UPS messed up once. But over all the orders, I've paid in full and received nothing. I've asked for a refund, multiple times, but ZERO reply from them after I think 5 emails and a few voicemails. So strange as it started off that they were amazing to deal with. But definitely an unhappy customer :-( Hate writing negative reviews (actually this is my first ever), but I have no way else seemingly to get their attention.

    Back in July I got the chance to witness this business's AMAZING customer service while I was in the shop picking out a couple of tank tops (which are also AMAZING). Every customer that walked through the door was greeted and offered assistance. You could tell that the owner and employees truly cared about giving every customer the best experience whether it was with a rental they had scheduled or if they were shopping for equipment. I HIGHLY recommend Northwest Paddleboarding!
