Worked with both Karen and Sharon for years. Never had the experience I received today. I was told a standered rate to pay based on my return. It was almost double at the end. She failed to tell me she got new IT equipment and that’s why my rates went up. I communicated multiple times with the receptionist (Sharon) and she not once mentioned it was going to increase. When I asked her multiple of times will my rates increase she explained no on each occasion. Once I spoke to the owner she said “ya Sharon doesn’t know anything.” At that point in time I let them know it’s really unethical to give someone a standard rate and that rate isn’t even comparable to what it was! I explained that and her response was “your going to get a rude awakening of what real life is.” I am FLOORED. do not recommend this place!!! Super unethical, rude, and unprofessional to say the least.
