I have rented from Wendy for the last four years. I started out renting a home with my two sons and then one got married and moved on, my fianc then moved in and the change over was seamless. Wendy was easy to work with when we did this change. We got married and decided the we were going to make this part of Washington our forever home so we ended up buying a home but had we not we would have remained with D& R until we did. There was never a question if we had a problem, it was taken care of immediately without hesitation. I would highly recommend renting from Wendy and her team. They are fair and easy to work with.

The team at D&R has found a way to provide superior service for both owner and tenant. We are very happy with our experience. We recently moved back to the Tri-Cities and needed a rental. D&R had a perfect place for us. They responded quickly, verified we had a good history, and conducted the process very smoothly. The previous tenants had not taken good care of the house, so it needed a lot of issues to be addressed. The team at D&R got it back into perfect condition, ready for our targeted move-in date. Shortly after moving in, we found a couple additional issues with the electrical system and an appliance that failed. They promptly sent Alan out to investigate. Whatever he couldn't take care of himself he called in local craft experts. From an owner perspective, Alan made sure the right repair or replacement was identified and justified. They all followed up with us to make sure everything was corrected and continued to work properly. Very nice!
They have a nice website that is used to pay rent and to report any problems. It's easy to use and the responses are swift.

My experience with D & R Investments, LLC from application to actual inspection/move-in was very refreshing to say the least and seamless process. The entire management team were/are highly professional, courteous and responsive throughout the process and continues to this day.
The D & R Investments property checked off all the attribute boxes I was searching for in a rental property. The bonus was that it was new. The property and the landscaping are very well maintained.
I highly recommend D & R Investments, LLC.
