I contacted scheduled Mullins to come out and look at a drain installation on my rooftop and was told that Jeff would be arriving between 4:30pm and 5pm. Jeff never showed and neither he nor their office bothered to call to reschedule. Don't waste your time with a business that won't respect your time. Move along to the next business.

Called Mullins for a vibration issue on an 18 month old Rheem on demand hot water heater.  It developed a vibration that we could hear throughout our entire home and was very annoying. Mullins completed the original installation so I called them for assistance.  They scheduled me for today and the service tech Jeff was right on time.  I explained the issue and he opened the heater panel to take a look.  I turned on the water and he immediately found the problem.  The heater enclosure had moved slightly over time and was causing a very slight vibration to resonate up the wall and throughout the house.  He placed a piece of insulation foam between the panel and the wall and the problem was fixed.  How simple.  He said there was no charge and was on his way.  Thanks Jeff for a great job.

Jeff with Mullins was extremely helpful, he fixed the problem quickly and gave advice on how to avoid the problem in future. Big thanks to him and Mullins plumbing for helping us out!
