I feel like they were running me around in circles. I called the day prior to see if they had my screen, the guy I talked to quoted me around $380 at first, then when he went to go check to see if he had my screen he informed me they didn't, they only had black and creme (I needed a green one). He quoted me about $440 to have a green screen shipped in and after I told him I'd look elsewhere he checked his stock one more time and found what I needed, said something about reading the labeling wrong. Cool. I go in to drop my phone off and everything's good, nothing is said. When I went to pick up my phone they asked me if I wanted a screen protector, cool sure. Then, AND ONLY THEN, after everything was already well and done, do they decide to inform us that their card reader is down. Not once did they mention this at all. I told them I only have a credit card and that we would need to figure something out. (There was another gentleman that came in to pick up that also complained about the failure of a heads up when he was called to come get his phone). After making some calls I tell them I could go get cash and asked for a grand total. He tells me $375, okay cool. I go and get cash and come back. After counting the bills and getting ready to walk out I am then informed that he messed up and the total would actually be $430. Are you kidding me? I told him I only had $400 cash on me because of the totals he had already given. Thankfully they accepted that but I feel like a lot of this could of been avoided with better communication on their end. It took about 2 hours to fix my phone and don't get me wrong the job was done beautifully, it was the customer service that ruined it. I'll definitely be finding a new place with people who know what they're doing.

They were awesome, I was at work and they went to pick up my phone from another shop that wouldn't be able to fix it that day. I do recommend!
