Lourdes Urgent Care

My wife and I are constantly disappointed with our care here, we show up early and still end up waiting 30 minutes, and then have to wait yet another 30 minutes before anyone even comes into the room to actually help us. Not to mention they wouldn't even let my daughter in with my wife and I to get her ultrasound done

Urgent Care typically isnt the place for chronic conditions, but since Im still hunting for a diagnosis, and my out of town specialist needed a test run, and my symptoms had gotten worse this week, I decided to try here & see what happened. They were caring & compassionate, and willing to help though a bit puzzled at first about what I was asking for. Once they figured it out, they were more than willing to help. Very happy with the service and care I received.

I had attention in the clinic and was a great experience. Easy to schedule an appointment, all the staffing were very professional and patient. I had very short time waiting in all the services. I recommend it to all who need a reliable place with good people working

Front desk people were nice and so were the people in the back, but the wait was extremely long over two hours.

This clinic deserves more than 5 stars! They are extremely busy, and yet the staff was all doing their very best to keep patients happy. They were apologetic about the wait and kept up the positive attitude. The doctor was very kind, listened to me, and was able to diagnose me with sinus infection within a few minutes. No matter where you go these days, there will be a wait, and waiting here is worth it. Will definitely be my go-to for urgent care. Thank you to all the staff... and keep it up. You all are amazing!
