I visited here to get some rates and numbers on a car , everything was great. Unfortunately, I didn't get the car and it sold but I would gladly continue looking at their inventory because they did such a good job at helping me. Did not feel pressured to buy at all, they worked to get me the best rates possible and even when I wanted more time to think on it, they provided me with contact info so I can reach back out. The car search continues... but hopefully I find something here and could work with them again! Shout out to Danny and Brandon for being such great help!

I've had nothing but problems the last two years in the service department. There is an issue with honesty and integrity, which is literally what they pride themselves on. This last time they tried billing me ridiculous amounts for work that was within warranty. They had me believing my car was out of warranty, when it was not. I ended up having to get battery work done elsewhere and applying for reimbursement with corporate Mazda. The dealership took no accountability, and ignored me when I brought all this to light. Last year they broke my taillight casing. Lied about it, and tried to blame someone else/charge me for it. An older mechanic heard the argument, and after 30 minutes - he outted the employee who actually broke it. They were wanting him to come clean on his own and tell service advising himself. In the meantime they had glued my car together, but said nothing. It took two weeks to get it fixed, and they finally footed the bill. If I hadn't have stood up for myself in both situations, I would be out hundreds. My review on Tommy still stands, he has been great to work with. However, Mazda's service team and lack of management over power that. This is my last McCurley vehicle. Tommy did great considering I walked in pretty angry to start with, as I wasn't planning on buying a car that day. My past experience with McCurley Mazda was not a great one, but between Tommy and Jacob - they completely turned that around. I ended up buying a different car then I thought I went in there for, and I'm appreciative that they were patient with me while I went back and fourth on what I wanted. I will consider them for future purchases.

Love this place I come all the way from Yakima to have them service my vehicle... One of the many great things they do is they video record all the check points and your able to view the recording. Very kind and courteous and does not take long at all . In my book.
