      image Our yard looks like Augusta National! We struggled in years past keeping it green and free of bugs and weeds. Spring Green made all the difference and very affordable. We spent far more doing it ourselves without the great outcome. Services: Grass seeding, Weed control, Lawn pest control, Bed bug extermination, Ant extermination

      image Spring Green Lawn Care of my lawn has been very good. However scheduling is not convenient. They always call the day before to let me know they have scheduled my lawn for treatment the next day in either the morning or afternoon. I have 2 large dogs running around happily in my back yard. Spring Green will NOT give me a call when they are 15 minutes or a half hour from arriving. Nor will they give me a 1 or 2 hour block of time for their arrival. I need to put the dogs in their pen and unlock the gate to the back yard before the Spring Green folks begin their work. So I have to spend the entire morning or afternoon waiting for them to ring my doorbell. Obviously I need to find a lawn care company that does good work AND will schedule their visits for less than a 5-6 hour block of time. Services: Weed control, Lawn pest control

      Tracy, we're glad you are satisfied with our lawn care services, but we're sorry to hear of your frustrations with scheduling. Our policy is to give everyone a 24 hour notice either by phone, text or email. If the customer needs more of a heads up than that, we can let them know if their visit will be in the AM (before noon) or PM (after noon). We can give an approximate 2 hour window if needed, but we cannot promise that due to other circumstances that may arise. Our technicians do not have phones to call the customer, but next year we will hopefully be implementing a new system where we can increase out communication efforts. We hope to have the chance to care for your lawn next year. Thank you for your understanding.
