Scheduled my Fiance here because the reviews looked good and they were nearby. First visit was on the rough side with hygienists causing a lot of pain, nothing out of the ordinary for a brand new patient I suppose right?
They alert her that she has 3 cavities she needs to take care of quickly so she gets them done on the same visit. We were happy to get it done but she once again remarked that the dentist was rough and caused her a lot of pain. Not necessarily the end of the world but we all can appreciate a minimization of pain when we are at the dentist!
We schedule a follow up cleaning 6 months after this initial visit just to maintain the care before potentially finding another. During this last visit, they alerted her that she had somehow obtained 5 cavities in the six months since her first appointment. Needless to say we were very surprised as she is a brush twice and floss twice a day type of person. We scheduled a second opinion with another dentist in town who couldn't find anything out of the ordinary and gave her a clean exam.
Just to be safe, we scheduled with her original dentist she had back in Seattle who once again confirmed 0 cavities where broadmoor dental had found 5.
Not sure if it was a lack of training, a straight up lie or something weirdly out of the ordinary but we will never be returning to Broadmoor dental. Hopefully if you visit you'll read this and verify independently.
